Pecan Ale is made with real Louisiana roasted pecans for a subtle, nutty flavor and aroma. It’s brewed with pale, Munich, biscuit and caramel malts, and Willamette hops. The roasted pecans are added in the brewhouse. Crack one open and geaux nuts!

New Mexico- Marzen/Oktoberfest. This style of beer generally offers toasted bread or biscuit-like malt flavor and aroma. These are traditionally brewed in March and lagered over the summer.

An amber beer style that was developed to celebrate the original Oktoberfest over 200 years ago. This full bodied beer with its rich malt flavor, dark toffee note and underlying fruitiness has a masterful hop balance.

Germany’s favorite Oktoberfest beer and a true institution in Munich. The glass is full of October sunshine, strong and golden. The perfect balance of a light taste of hops and a strong note of malt. A feast of a beer, which always goes down well. This beer is only brewed for the Oktoberfest. 

Hints of stone fruit and a light banana in the aroma complement more pronounced floral hops and clean malt notes. A touch of woody tannin creates a pleasant, defined edge over the sweet, grainy malt, and herbal, floral bitterness—tempering the sweetness and softening the bitterness.

Oktoberfest is a Märzen style Lager that is crisp and clean, with a malty backbone that signifies the changing seasons. Our Oktoberfest is made with traditional Märzen Lager techniques and ingredients. A decoction mash method was used with this beer to create more depth in flavor and to help develop a
